Member Experience Associate – Tennis & Pickleball Club

Want a part-time job where you're out front, chatting with people, and surrounded by the energy of a busy club? Wimbledon Tennis & Pickleball Club is looking for a friendly, upbeat Front Desk Associate to be the first face our members see. You'll welcome players, get them on the court, and keep the evening running smoothly.
Pay: $17-20 /hour
Schedule: Part-time evening shifts, including some weekends. Shifts vary week to week, and we'll work with you to build a schedule that fits.No front desk experience? No problem. We'll train you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Welcome members and guests with a smile as they walk in
- Check players in for courts, clinics, and lessons
- Help with court reservations, scheduling, and program registrations
- Answer phones and member questions
- Process simple payments
- Keep the front desk organized and ready for the next rush
WHO YOU ARE
- Friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to
- Reliable. Your team can count on you to show up.
- Someone who likes staying busy and helping people
- Comfortable on a computer (our booking system is easy to learn)
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Bonus points if you've worked front desk, retail, or hospitality, or if you love tennis or pickleball
