ABA Behavior Tech
Job Summary:
New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Tech to join our team! As a vital member of our organization, you will work closely with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families to provide compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities:

Assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD

Implement ABA strategies and interventions to address client behaviors and goals

Collect and record data to measure progress and monitor client responses to interventions

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data, progress, and treatment plans

Collaborate with clients, families, and other team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment

Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills and behaviors
