Make a positive impact on students’ lives while furthering your career as a Behavior Specialist/ABA Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year near Nashua, NH. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to support students in a vibrant educational environment as part of a respected NECC program. We are seeking 2-3 dedicated ABA Technicians to work at middle and intermediate schools, directly engaging with students in grades 5–8. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week from August 2026 through June 2027.
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as an ABA Therapist, Behavior Specialist, or similar role in educational settings
- Understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students and staff
- RBT certification preferred (for intermediate school position)
- Willingness to receive BCBA supervision (for intermediate school position)
- Adaptable, compassionate, and collaborative approach
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA therapy to students as outlined in individualized education plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to monitor progress
- Record daily data and accurately document student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Uphold program standards and contribute to a positive school culture
