What you’ll be working on (and more)

You’ll oversee heavy civil/bridge construction.

You’ll plan manpower, equipment, and daily operations.

You’ll enforce safety and maintain productivity.
What you’ll do day-to-day

Direct crews and subcontractors.

Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and daily reports.

Keep schedules on track and budgets aligned.

Coordinate with PMs and clients on project progress.

What you bring

8+ years of construction supervision (bridge/civil preferred).

OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Strong leadership and field coordination skills.

Proven record of keeping jobs safe, on time, and on budget.
