Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing tools, ensuring confidentiality and comfort.

  • Assess individual mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and clinical interviews to define treatment pathways.

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing feedback.

  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Maintain detailed and organized client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and session summaries, in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.

  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s wellbeing are addressed.

  • Stay informed about current best practices in mental health counseling by attending training sessions and participating in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to our team.
