Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing tools, ensuring confidentiality and comfort.
- Assess individual mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and clinical interviews to define treatment pathways.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing feedback.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Maintain detailed and organized client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and session summaries, in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s wellbeing are addressed.
- Stay informed about current best practices in mental health counseling by attending training sessions and participating in professional development opportunities.
