A locally-owned and operated medical billing company is seeking new team members to keep up with the growing demand for our services. Our organization specializes in home health, hospice, and behavioral health billing among other provider types. We are 100% US-based, and we offer a comfortable, casual environment with a supportive team atmosphere. In this position your responsibilities will include claim generation, submission, follow-up, and cash posting for our Home Health clients. We bill Medicare, Medicaid in multiple states, and commercial/HMO payers. Candidates must be able to work and meet deadlines independently, while also being able to help the team with projects as needed. Learning and growing is a continuous process for our whole team and helps us to stand out in a crowded industry. This means learning new software, staying on top of changing regulations, adjusting workflow as needed and continuing education.

To be considered for the position, candidates must:

• Have at least one year of recent medical billing experience.
• Be comfortable working with multiple clients (providers).
• Have strong attention to detail, follow-through, and great communication skills (phone and email).
• Be interested in and capable of learning new software (EHRs and EMRs)
