Nucar Nissan of Keene is looking for an experienced, high-energy Parts Manager with a proven track record to lead our team! This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional with previous automotive experience to further their career with one of the area's fastest-growing Dealer Groups.
As a core member of our leadership team, you will oversee a high-volume retail and wholesale parts operation. If you possess a detail-oriented, analytical approach to business and boast excellent customer relations skills, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Forecast financial goals and departmental objectives, implementing driven strategies to consistently meet them.
- Team Management: Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
- Budgetary Control: Prepare, administer, and monitor an annual operating budget to maximize parts department profitability and efficiency.
- Operational Performance: Oversee inventory turns, minimize obsolescence, and rigorously control daily departmental operations.
- Customer Relations: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with retail, wholesale, and internal customers to drive repeat and referral business.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of automotive parts-related experience.
- Leadership: 1 to 3 years of Dealership Supervisory/Management experience.
- Volume Mastery: Proven success operating within a high-volume dealership environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills paired with an analytical mindset.
- Preferences: Previous automotive sales experience is highly helpful.
