✅ Location: Berlin, VT
✅ Shift: 8-hour days/evenings (Mon–Fri)
✅ Contract: 13 weeks | Must start within 2 weeks
✅ Requirements:
- Active Pharmacist license
- 5+ years inpatient hospital experience
- Sterile compounding competency (fingertip and broth/media fill test)
- Proficiency with EPIC and PYXIS systems
- Strong clinical skills: medication reconciliation, order verification, vancomycin dosing, renal dosing
Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders and perform reconciliation
- Manage dosing protocols and therapeutic monitoring
- Oversee sterile compounding and IV workflow
- Collaborate with clinical teams for safe, effective patient care
