Travel Surgical Technologist – OR\n
Department: Operating Room (OR) – Ground Floor
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekend/Call: Late coverage/call every other week
EMR: Meditech
Required Qualifications\n
- \n
- CST certification – Required
- BLS – Required
- Strong OR/Surgical Technologist experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal orientation

Required Clinical Experience\n
Candidates must have experience with:

- Orthopedic surgery, including total joint replacements
- ENT
- General surgery
- Urology/GYN
- Surgical identification and setup
- Sterile technique and aseptic practices
- Surgical counts
- Specimen handling
- Surgical site preparation and draping
- Medication handling on the sterile field
- Troubleshooting sterile-field contamination
- Fast room turnover
