We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Boston, MA where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. This role requires work on night shifts and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support acute and critical care patients. Candidates must be prepared to work in a large hospital environment and follow facility policies and electronic charting systems.

Minimum Requirements:
\n
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
- Current Massachusetts state license in good standing with the State License Board.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential mandatory.
- Minimum one year experience as an RRT in an acute care or hospital setting.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with Hamilton mechanical ventilators preferred.
- Experience with EPIC charting preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in adult respiratory care and critical care units.
- Previous work in high-volume academic or tertiary care hospitals preferred.

Assignment Details
\n
- Shift hours: 18:15–06:45.
- Night shift schedule.
- 3 x 12 hour night shift position.
\n
