SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Bellingham, MA! We are looking for dedicated caregivers who enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful difference by supporting clients in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide mobility, walking, and transfer assistance

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience is preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in clients' homes

• Able to fulfill scheduled shifts consistently

• Complete vaccination records preferred
