Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care, South Burlington, Vermont. This travel assignment starts on 10/06/2026 for Weeks (variable) with a weekly pay range of $1,853–$1,982 and guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift: North | Evening and/or Overnight. This position places you in long-term care settings handling a variety of resident care needs on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor resident responses in accordance with care plans
- Assess and document residents’ conditions, reporting changes to the supervising clinician
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, promoting resident safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate and timely charting, including MARs and care notes
- Support wound care, treatment administration, and routine clinical procedures as directed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust individualized care plans

Requirements
- Active LPN license (in good standing)
- Ability to work evening and/or overnight shifts
- Experience in or ability to adapt to a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Able to pass standard background check and any required screenings
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resident-centered setting
