Responsibilities
Provide direct RN nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Monitor patient status, perform routine head-to-toe assessments, and track vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document changes and notify the care team as needed.
Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Document care activities in the electronic health record with accuracy and timeliness; communicate changes to the team.
Maintain safety, infection control, and medication administration standards; respond to emergencies per established protocols.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire.
Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
Ability to work the night shift and meet the guaranteed hours for the assignment.
Strong documentation and communication skills to coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to a local, 4-week assignment and adherence to assignment schedule and policies.
