Work Environment\n
This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a strong connection with our team and clients. Our practice emphasizes a collaborative and supportive work environment, where professionals can share insights and foster personal and professional growth. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their goals and challenges.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to work with individuals, couples, and families.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster a community atmosphere and provide education on managing common mental health issues.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated and holistic care to our patients.
- Provide crisis intervention services and offer support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stability.
- Educate clients about mental health conditions, navigate treatment options, and connect them with community resources to enhance their support network.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards, ensuring ethical practice.
- Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights that advance our collective understanding and improve patient care.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to continually refine therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and treatment modalities.
- Strong capability in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment strategies.
- Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a diverse range of clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with patients.
- Commitment to ethical practice, maintaining professional boundaries and exercising sound judgment in clinical settings.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications to streamline patient care.
- A collaborative approach to work, valuing teamwork and contributing positively to a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
