M-F, days, no on call / weekend Coverage area: Walpole, Bellingham, Franklin, Norfolk, Medway, Millis, Medfield, Milford, Boston proper (Dorchester and surrounding towns, Milton, Quincy, Braintree and Weymouth May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address RNs are required to get a minimum of 30 points Start of Cares 2.5, Resumption of Cares 2, Recerts 1.75, Discharges 1.5 and routine visits .9 Must have recent HH exp &nbsp;HomeCare HomeBase experience required Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate if the manager is able to provide training.&nbsp;
