Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Engineer to lead enterprise-level initiatives that align technology with business objectives. This role drives the transition to modern digital platforms and scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, automation, and customer experience across manufacturing, fulfillment, and eCommerce environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including ERP, order management, fulfillment, eCommerce, and platform integrations
• Serve as an internal consultant to identify process gaps and design scalable, automated digital solutions
• Mentor and guide software developers and digital transformation engineers
• Manage external vendors and offshore development teams, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met
• Design, write, and maintain Python scripts (Pandas, NumPy) to automate data workflows, API integrations, and reporting
• Partner with Finance and Operations to develop data reports, reconcile inventory, and optimize analytics
• Evaluate and recommend technology vendors across ERP, MES, CMMS, B2B/B2C platforms, analytics, and personalization tools
• Build business cases and conduct ROI analysis to support digital investment decisions
• Oversee company websites, domains, and analytics platforms while ensuring GDPR and CCPA compliance
• Collaborate with IT and Help Desk teams to document infrastructure and support business continuity planning

Required Qualifications (MUST HAVES)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• 6+ years of experience in digital strategy, customer experience, digital operations, or business transformation
• Proven ability to leverage digital technologies to drive efficiency, innovation, and process improvement
• Hands-on experience developing, debugging, and implementing software solutions, including Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience leading MVP builds, defining technical architecture, and managing vendor or client relationships
• Strong experience building business cases and performing ROI analysis for technology investments
