Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their backgrounds and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients who require mental health support across a spectrum of conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. As we serve clients through telehealth, you will adapt your methodologies to ensure effective communication and connection in a virtual environment.

Qualifications\n

  • A master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from a regionally accredited university.

  • An active state license to provide unsupervised therapy services (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PsyD, or PhD).

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy, focusing on adult populations.

  • Strong proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans.

  • Excellent communication skills, especially in written documentation for session records and treatment summaries.

  • A clear disciplinary record with no actions taken against your professional license in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience with telehealth platforms for delivering therapy sessions effectively in a virtual space.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, all new team members are eligible for a sign-on bonus upon completing onboarding.
