Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their backgrounds and challenges.

- Provide ongoing psychotherapy for a caseload of adult clients, maintaining a focus on their unique needs and fostering therapeutic rapport.

Qualifications\n

- A master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from a regionally accredited university.
- An active state license to provide unsupervised therapy services (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PsyD, or PhD).
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy, focusing on adult populations.
- Strong proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in written documentation for session records and treatment summaries.
- A clear disciplinary record with no actions taken against your professional license in any jurisdiction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, all new team members are eligible for a sign-on bonus upon completing onboarding.
