Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to determine patients' trauma histories and formulate personalized treatment approaches.
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans focused on helping clients recover from trauma and build resilience.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in both individual and group therapy sessions.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community support and effective coping strategies for trauma processing.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Provide crisis intervention support, offering immediate assistance during trauma-related emergencies.
- Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available community resources.
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation, adhering to all relevant legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development focused on enhancing trauma-informed care practices.
- Stay current with emerging research and best practices in the field of trauma therapy to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle complex mental health cases.
- In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed treatment modalities.
- Proven experience in implementing trauma-focused therapies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.
- Capability to manage high-stress situations effectively while maintaining a calm and composed presence.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.
- Ability to work seamlessly as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
