Compensation:
$102,500 - $189,400 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize our comprehensive training program to master lead generation and prospecting techniques.
- Collaborate with experienced mentors to refine your skills and grow your real estate knowledge.
- Manage your schedule effectively to balance client meetings, property showings, and administrative tasks.
- Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Leverage our tools and resources to convert pre-qualified leads into successful sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Real Estate License (or willingness to get licensed quickly).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a coachable attitude.
