A nursing opportunity is available for experienced RNs skilled in stepdown care, providing critical support in progressive care, medical-surgical, and telemetry units. This night shift position involves every other weekend rotation and requires a dedicated professional capable of working independently while performing charge nurse responsibilities. Flexibility to float to other units as needed will be essential.

- Adapt to floating between units as patient census and needs fluctuate
- Participate actively in department education and development programs
