Requirements:

Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of two years of healthcare leadership or long-term care experience preferred.

Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.

Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage facility operations.
What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Serve as the facility's Compliance Officer, promoting ethical practices and maintaining regulatory readiness.

Lead, mentor, and support department managers to achieve operational, financial, and clinical goals.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care while meeting or exceeding quality and performance standards.

Oversee budgets, financial reporting, surveys, plans of correction, licensing requirements, and other regulatory documentation.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
