Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental and emotional assessments to evaluate clients' conditions, ensuring that their unique needs and goals are clearly understood.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans through collaborative discussions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Provide therapy sessions for individuals and couples, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions.
- Facilitate couples therapy sessions that promote improved communication, resolution of conflicts, and fostering emotional connection.
- Remain responsive to clients' progress by regularly reviewing and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain organized and accurate client records, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans that document the therapeutic process.
- Utilize crisis intervention strategies when needed, ensuring safety and support for clients experiencing acute mental distress.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care, communicating regularly with related professionals to optimize client support.
- Stay informed about best practices and emerging research in marriage and family therapy, contributing to your ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n
