Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments on new clients to identify their mental health needs and areas of concern.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established best practices, while considering each client's unique experiences and goals.
- Engage clients in therapy sessions—be it individual, couples, or family therapy—utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure desired outcomes are being met.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects client interactions and progress.
- Stay current with developments in the field of mental health therapy through ongoing professional development, attending workshops, and participating in relevant training initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In this position, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- An active LCMHC license in the state of Vermont or the ability to obtain licensure.
- At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a solid understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities.
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methods and a passion for staying updated on clinical advancements.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to connect with clients and collaborate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
