Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological needs, strengths, and limitations, leading to personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to address common mental health issues while fostering community support among participants.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create seamless, comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during times of mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and stability of clients.
- Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources to promote empowerment and independence.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.
- Expertise in mental health disorders and a solid understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective intervention strategies.
- Extensive experience providing individual and group therapy to individuals from various backgrounds and demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
