PM&R Physician – Inpatient Rehabilitation | Framingham, Massachusetts\n

Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time

  Permanent opportunity with full-time or part-time options.

  Inpatient rehabilitation coverage with additional coverage across skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

\n

  Shared 1:4 call rotation for inpatient rehabilitation.

\n

• \n

  No call responsibilities for SNF coverage.

\n

Clinical Role\n

\n
• \n

  Manage approximately 18–20 patients per day in inpatient rehabilitation.

\n

• \n

  Provide care across inpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities.

\n

• \n

  Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation care team.

\n

• \n

  Medical Director responsibilities may be available, including clinical leadership and administrative oversight.

\n

Qualifications & Certifications\n

\n
• \n

  Specialty: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).

\n

• \n

  Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible.

\n

• \n

  Experience: Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

\n

Licensure\n

\n
• \n

  State License: Massachusetts medical license required; confirm specific requirements.

\n

Compensation\n

\n
• \n

  Staff Physician: $180,000 guaranteed annual salary.

\n

• \n

  Medical Director: $200,000 guaranteed annual salary.

\n

• \n

  Production Bonus: Potential bonus based on 70% of billings after applicable bonus requirements are met.

\n

• \n

  Estimated Total Annual Compensation: Approximately $230,000–$425,000+ for full-time physicians, including salary and production bonuses.

\n
