Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, and medically complex conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
- Provide gait training, balance training, strengthening, transfer training, and mobility interventions
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing staff, physicians, and caregivers
- Educate patients and families regarding safety, mobility, and discharge planning
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
