Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts SLP license (SLP MA)
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school-based or teletherapy settings
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments using evidence-based practices
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy, both virtually and on site
  • Document student progress, maintain compliance, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes

This contract offers a competitive hourly wage between $50–$55 per hour, paid weekly.
