Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in software engineering or technical delivery roles.
• Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations such as Five9, Zoho, and Twilio.
• Experience in MySQL, MSSQL, or Postgres relational databases.
• Experience with Redis and Laravel Horizon for background job processing.
• Experience in Docker, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and AWS or GCP cloud environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of backend services and Laravel-based APIs.
• Coordinate third-party platform integrations to ensure high reliability and observability.
• Lead technical execution and task breakdowns for distributed and offshore engineering teams.
• Review backend implementations and code quality for performance and maintainability.
• Debug and resolve complex backend integration issues in both production and development environments.
• Document platform architecture, API specifications, and operational runbooks.
• Monitor application performance and support incident response procedures for backend services.
