Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct initial assessments and continuous evaluations to develop targeted therapeutic treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.
- Ensure timely and effective communication by maintaining up-to-date electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to document client interactions and treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
At Serenity Peaks, we value and invest in our therapists. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefit package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a matching 401(k) plan, and more. Additionally, newly hired Licensed Therapists may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, adding further value to your compensation.
