Job DescriptionAbout the Role:BMC23 Security LLC is looking for a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guard to join our team in Massachusetts ( Multiple locations). Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to deter unauthorized access, theft, and suspicious activity
- Conduct regular foot patrols of interior and exterior areas of the facility
- Control access points by verifying credentials and managing visitor entry
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies and notify appropriate personnel
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Massachusetts Security Guard license or ability to obtain one
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts including nights and weekends
