Who are we looking for?
Wilson Farm, Lexington, MA seeks an experienced, hands-on manager to lead our e-commerce Department. This is a full-time, in-store position (5 days, 45-50 hours/week, which may evolve as you get to know the business and during our peak seasons, holidays and events, will likely increase). This position starts at $28.00/hr.

Primary responsibilities for E-Commerce Manager:
- Maintain and expand e-commerce presence
- Assist in maintaining inventory and pricing on e-commerce platforms
- Oversee customers’ online shopping experience including but not limited to initiating and completing selection process for customers’ online orders; assisting in retrieving and filling customer orders accurately and on time; and working with customers and customer service to keep customers happy
- Work with the Marketing Department in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Develop analytics on the e-commerce business to yield improvements
- Maintain existing www.wilsonfarm.com website; oversee future wilsonfarm.com website update
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies to improve website and e-commerce performance
- Provide analysis of key business metrics and site performance
- Assist in managing and controlling expenditures
- Lead/manage small team including scheduling and budget
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in e-commerce - ideally with food-specific retail, event planning or hospitality industry
- Flexible and adaptable work style (priorities can shift quickly), "can-do" attitude
- Enthusiastic, innovative and outgoing personality
Qualifications:
- Experience with both MACs and PCs
- Proficient with Adobe Dreamweaver and online shopping platforms including Shopify, TicketSpice, Mercato/Doordash/GrubHub/Instacart, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written
