An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Autism Specialist to work onsite for the 2026–2027 school year. In this full-time role, you will support students with autism and their educators across four schools, serving as a vital resource for behavior consultation, assessments, and intervention planning.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (required; please include a screenshot of your active certification)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings as a BCBA or Autism Specialist highly preferred
  • Demonstrated skill in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Proficient in coaching teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior support strategies
  • Background in supporting autism classrooms and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel between multiple school sites is required)
  • Ability to pass a drug screening, fingerprinting, and comprehensive background check

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and expertise to educators and staff regarding student behavior interventions
  • Complete FBAs and craft targeted, effective BIPs for individual students
  • Offer classroom-based coaching to teachers and paraprofessionals to strengthen behavior management practices
  • Work alongside other professionals to ensure students with autism receive coordinated, high-quality educational and behavioral support
  • Communicate proactively with staff, maintain punctuality, and notify appropriate contacts in case of illness-related absences
