📋 Role Overview:
\n • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments in an outpatient setting
\n • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
\n • Assess functional limitations and establish therapeutic goals
\n • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and home exercise programs
\n • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
\n • Maintain documentation using EPIC
\n
\n
✅ Requirements:
\n • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
\n • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required
\n • Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
\n • Current BLS certification required
\n • Previous outpatient Occupational Therapy experience preferred
