Margin is hiring an in-store sales associate to help shoppers at Liquors 44, 238 King Street, Northampton.

You'll talk with customers about their preferences and help them choose beer, wine, and spirits. We'd like to hear from bartenders, servers, tasting staff, and others who enjoy customer conversations and have an interest in drinks.

\n
Schedule: Coverage during peak store hours Thursday through Sunday. We'll agree on your hours individually.

\n
Pay: Item-based commission with a guaranteed minimum equivalent to $20 per hour. Your total pay for each Thursday–Sunday workweek is the greater of your earned commissions or $20 multiplied by hours worked. Current products and commission details will be explained during the interview.

Start: ASAP after a successful interview, ideally within about a week.
