Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to understand their concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans.

- Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive immediate assistance.
- Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records which include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to established ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff, to ensure comprehensive care coordination for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Massachusetts.
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, complemented by a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients swiftly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
