This contract opportunity offers 32.5 hours per week onsite, beginning as soon as possible and tentatively extending through January 31, 2027—with potential for an earlier conclusion or further extension based on district needs. You’ll have the chance to work directly with students from kindergarten through high school, with assignments tailored to best support the evolving needs of the district. Ideal candidates are Board Certified or Registered Behavior Technicians (BT or RBT only), bringing hands-on experience within school settings and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with students across all grade levels and disability categories. Confidence in supporting students who have internalizing (e.g., anxiety, withdrawal) as well as externalizing (e.g., attention, behavioral) needs will be key to your success. RBT candidates are encouraged to apply but should note that district supervision will not be offered.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active and valid BT or RBT certification in Massachusetts
  • Prior experience in school-based environments required
  • Comfortable working with K-12 students, across a range of ability and behavioral needs
  • Ability to adapt to changing assignments based on student and district priorities
  • Completion of CORI background check and fingerprinting

Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or with small groups of students, adapting support as assigned
  • Implement strategies to assist students in academic, behavioral, and social-emotional areas
  • Collaborate closely with educators and support staff
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established protocols

If you’re eager to make a difference in the lives of students while building your career in a dynamic school community, take the next step and apply today! Your dedication and expertise could help shape brighter futures.

Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $30.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
