Work Environment\n
This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while meeting the needs of our patients. You will work primarily from home but will engage closely with colleagues in a cohesive outpatient setting, attending virtual team meetings and contributing to an atmosphere of shared learning and professional development. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on the therapeutic needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adjusting therapeutic approaches to meet diverse needs.
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to offer community engagement and resources.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordination.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in immediate mental health emergencies, using de-escalation techniques and establishing safety plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Participate in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and approaches.

Qualifications\n

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
- Deep understanding of mental health conditions and proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies.
- Excellent assessment, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in providing individual and group counseling to a diverse population.
- Sound judgment in maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
