You don't need prior Bath Fitter installation experience—we provide paid training to teach you our products, processes, and installation standards.

What You'll Do
As a Bath Fitter Installer, you'll use your existing trade skills to professionally install Bath Fitter bath and shower systems in customers' homes.
Your work will include:
- Install Bath Fitter products according to established installation standards
- Measure, cut, fit, and finish materials with precision
- Use hand and power tools throughout the installation process
- Apply carpentry and renovation skills to each project
- Perform basic plumbing-related tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Protect customers' property throughout the installation
- Educate customers on the care and functionality of their new installation
- Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and installation materials
- Complete service calls and required documentation
- Follow all safety and quality standards
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, renovation, construction, maintenance, or a related skilled trade
- Carpentry, trim carpentry, or renovation experience
- Ability to accurately measure using a tape measure, level, and combination square
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
