Centre Realty Group is hiring a licensed, producing real estate agent to step into a Team Leader role and grow a high-performing team in 2026. This opportunity is designed for agents who want to continue producing while building and leading a team without having to handle the recruiting on their own.
As a Team Leader, you will focus on coaching, mentoring, and helping agents succeed while maintaining your own production. Centre Realty Group provides access to company-generated leads, operational support, and systems that allow you to scale your business and your income while developing others.

Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in
- Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales
- Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards
- Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
- Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage
- Superb customer service and communication skills
