- Have prior classroom experience (preferred but not required — we train the right fit!)

What You’ll Do
- Partner with co-teachers to create a safe, positive, and FUN learning environment
- Plan and prepare curriculum activities in advance with your teaching team
- Document children’s milestones and daily experiences using Brightwheel
- Foster kindness, cooperation, and developmentally appropriate expectations
- Build strong relationships with families, coworkers, and our LHLC community
- Maintain EEC compliance and classroom organization standards

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler or Preschool accepted)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Professional Qualifications (PQ) Registry Number
- Completion of required EEC documentation (12 Essentials Training, physical, immunizations including MMR documentation or titer)
- Most importantly: a genuine love for working with children
