What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers and build trust quickly
- Write accurate, profitable service estimates
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
- Manage service workflows from check-in to delivery
- Recommend needed maintenance and repairs ethically
- Drive sales while delivering top-tier customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer
- Strong sales skills and closing ability
- Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of repairs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
- Organized, professional, and customer-focused
- Motivated by income, performance, and growth
