Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Special Education Teachers Needed in Massachusetts Contract Positions Available

Seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to support students across various grade levels and classroom settings in Massachusetts. These contract roles involve managing diverse caseloads ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade, ensuring that all students receive the individualized attention and tailored instruction they need to thrive. Candidates must hold a valid Massachusetts Special Education License to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students specific needs
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to support student progress
  • Monitor student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Massachusetts Special Education License
  • Experience working with a range of grade levels (K-12) and various special education settings
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt instruction to meet student needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
