We provide design, installation, and service for advanced systems across access control, IP CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, fire alarm, and more. Our clients include hospitality, healthcare, education, municipalities, and commercial markets throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Class D Licensed Security Technician with strong skills in programming and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has proven experience with a variety of security platforms and is eager to expand their expertise as we continue to add new product lines.
Responsibilities
- Install, program, and service security systems including:
- Access Control
- IP CCTV
- Intercom Systems
- Intrusion Detection
- Commission and test systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support and training to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
Preferred System Experience
Hands-on experience with the following systems is highly preferred:
- Avigilon (Cloud-Based & On-Premise)
- S2 Security
- ExacqVision
- Salto Wireless Locks
- AXIS Cameras & AXIS Camera Station
- Kantech Access Control
- Additional systems as we expand our manufacturer partnerships
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Class D Systems Technician License (required).
- 3+ years of experience in security systems installation, programming, and service.
- Strong networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, PoE, etc.).
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
