We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee equipment and facility maintenance at a plastics manufacturing facility in New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with injection molding equipment, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding presses, molds, conveyors, dryers, thermolators, and auxiliary equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic issues.
- Troubleshoot PLC systems, preferably Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
- Manage spare parts, maintenance records, and equipment history.
- Support TPM, Kaizen, setup reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 8+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Previous maintenance supervision or team leadership experience.
- Strong injection molding/plastics manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
- Ability to read basic technical schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
