Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication management, and positive behavior support plans.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to inform your clinical judgment and interventions.

\n

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective behavioral plans, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality standards of our services.

• Serve as a liaison between our clients and essential service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support.

• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to adhere to contract standards and promote our mission in the community.

\n

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with local, state, and private agencies to promote our programs and explore funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and meetings related to mental health practices.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will have a direct impact on a diverse client base, providing support tailored to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, developmental disabilities, and more. As a licensed counselor, your expertise will be vital in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, enhancing their emotional resilience and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An Independent LMHC License in Massachusetts is mandatory; however, we are willing to cover the costs associated with obtaining state licensure if you hold a license from another state.
