Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, which will lay the groundwork for personalized treatment plans addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate patient progress in individual, couple, and family sessions.
- Lead psychoeducational and support groups to nurture a sense of community among patients, providing a space for shared experiences, coping strategies, and mutual support.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to coordinate care and enhance the quality of treatment delivery.
- Provide crisis intervention services during emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients in acute distress.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a collective understanding of patient progress and treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
