Role Description The Gutter Installation Tech is a full-time, on-site role based in the Springfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems on residential and commercial properties, including measuring, cutting, securing, and sealing gutters and downspouts. Daily tasks include loading and unloading materials, setting up ladders and safety equipment, and ensuring work areas are clean and safe. The role involves inspecting existing gutter systems, identifying issues, and recommending appropriate solutions to customers. The Gutter Installation Tech also interacts with clients on-site, provides courteous service, and works collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule and according to quality standards.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose gutter issues and implement effective solutions.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members while supporting customer satisfaction.
- Basic cabling and routing skills for downspouts, drainage connections, and related components.
- Ability to work safely at heights, including on ladders and roofs, with attention to OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Experience with hand and power tools commonly used in construction or exterior home services.
- Reliable transportation to job sites within the Springfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Area.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in gutter installation, roofing, or exterior construction is preferred but not required.
- Capacity to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
