Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active State License required to commence the assignment
- BLS Certification may be necessary from AHA or ARC
- Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in the state
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is required for new graduates
