Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele in Plymouth, MA. Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC starting 11/30/2026 for 13 weeks in a hospital setting. Weekly pay range: $2,614-$2,677 per week. Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly. Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12). This assignment requires active MA RN licensure, ACLS/BLS certifications, and a minimum of 2 years Med Surg Telemetry experience. Onboarding includes telemetry competency and dysrhythmia/medication tests with a single-attempt pass requirement; tests are conducted via Zoom within 48 hours of offer, with an 85% passing threshold and a client-provided study guide. Candidates should be prepared to float to similar units and overflow areas as needed. Biweekly orientation is part of the schedule.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult Med Surg Telemetry patients in a hospital setting
- Monitor telemetry data, interpret rhythm strips, and respond to changes in patient status
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; manage IVs, drains, and related devices
- Perform timely assessments, document findings, update care plans, and communicate with the care team
- Collaborate with the charge nurse and multidisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care and discharge planning
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and continuity of care; adhere to policies and escalate concerns as needed
- May be required to float to similar units or overflow areas to balance patient load

Requirements
- Current active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 2 years Med Surg Telemetry experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Onboarding tests: Telemetry Competency Exam and Dysrhythmia/Medication tests; one attempt; 85% passing; tests administered via Zoom; test within 48 hours of offer; study guide provided
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Must be available for biweekly orientation; nurse manager interview is required; provide availability at submission
- No local traveler restriction: must reside more than 50 miles from the assignment site
- Ability to float to similar units and overflow areas as needed
