Site Supervisor / Foreman

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time weekday position, typically 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or later in the summer hours), with occasional earlier starts depending on project needs. You’ll work out of our West Hatfield office and on job sites across Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut.
Every roof we install protects a family. As Site Supervisor, you arrive prepared to set each job up for success. You walk the homeowner through the project, make sure crews have the materials and direction they need, and hold every job to our quality and safety standards. You keep communication flowing and the job on track from start to finish.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience on residential construction or roofing job sites (preferred, not required)
We’re looking for someone personable, professionally assertive, and comfortable leading crews and talking with homeowners. You should also want to help build a great culture and have fun doing meaningful work.
